SpringHill Suites by Marriott Billings

I come through billings a lot for work. I tried a couple other places in town until I found this hotel and haven’t thought about going anywhere else since. The rooms are always very clean and the AC is always on upon arrival - just how I like it. I’ve never heard any of the other occupants during my stay. The beds are actually comfortable which is rare for a hotel. The hot tub and pool are clean and the perfect temperature. The snack bar has a lot of options. Texas Roadhouse is in the same parking lot and you get a small discount if you show them your room card - LOVE THAT for me. All of the staff especially the manager have always been very friendly and understanding. I stay at a lot of hotels, it’s rare that ALL of the boxes get checked, I’ll always stay here when I’m in Billings.

This hotel was exactly what we needed. Fair price, great room, awesome breakfast, incredible staff! Jenae was very welcoming and personable, even remembering my name an hour after check in. Trinity made an extra breakfast for my wife when she saw an item running low on the breakfast bar. This is what makes a hotel stay memorable. Will definitely stay here next time we are in Billings!

The train is nearby but we didn’t hear it at night. The rooms are great but the front desk seemed confused on things. There was someone newer so I assume that’s why. Only one person there really knew what was going on. But it was clean, well appointed and in a good location to get around.

Kayla and Delia were amazing help! Kayla was the training manager and I’m my past with hotels I’ve never had to go to the front desk for anything other than checkout and check in, this time my wife was sick , between going down for medicine, more ice bags, and multiple trips to the shop, they had a smile and were very kind every time, Delia was on her 5th day and was already doing 99 % of everything on her own, Kayla only stepped in when there was an issue that Delia couldn’t forses( our original room had a door malfunction) they got us a new room and everything corrected in less than 2 minutes. These two lady’s answered everyone of my questions , handled everyone of my services, and had a professional attitude every time k went to see them! I even had the general manager ask me about my stay at check out! This is a location worth staying at!

My wife and I enjoyed the room and the hotel’s location. Will definitely stay next time in Billings.

Room was clean, breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly! Convenient location off the highway as we were driving through.

Rooms are dated... bathrooms definitely need an update. Was clean EXCEPT behind the pullout trundle was enough food to feed a small army. Staff was helpful, kind. All In all I think I'd stay here again. It's in a great location to many things in Billings.

This place is a-okay. Not the best but not the worst. Front staff were super nice, location is good. Pool and hot tub were nice. Rooms were good too - TV set up is awkward though. My only issue is that some items weren’t always stocked up. Two days in a row with no creamer, ran out of waffle batter, not sure if the coffee station is an all day thing but a few afternoons there was no coffee in the pot.
